Sasha and Korin have both enjoyed TV careers to date
(Korin presented on Fives The Wight Stuff and Sasha won Colleen’s Real Women and is the face and legs of Pretty Polly) and with their first cookery/lifestyle book due for release soon, the ladies couldn’t resist the call to the kitchen and decided to focus their attention on their food and new recipes. With belief that there are not enough female role models teaching the basics of how to cook and less home made meals prepared at home, the ladies are here to prove that cooking can be easy, fun, cost effective, healthy and of course glamorous - even with three kids attached to your ankles!
‘We’re not claming to be expert chefs, but mums who like to cook and lead busy lives like many other mums out there. We know how important it is to feed yourself and your family good, nutritious, tasty food, but realise the reality of life does not always allow for hours spent slaving away in the kitchen – and quite frankly who wants a life like that? We’re here to show you how we do it, and how we manage to combine a happy, healthy family life with the odd party and cocktail thrown in there for good measure’!
The ladies are not only a dab hand in the kitchen but having both
drawn from their own personal life experiences, are able to offer
help and advice to other mums who struggle to combine their own
life and being a mum.

Sasha and
Korin are also into fitness and know how to make themselves feel
and look good – Korin is a professional Pilates instructor and the ladies both feature in Du’aine Ladajo’s Fitness DVD Shape. They have also both dramatically transformed their own careers in the past, making the transition from ‘single teenage mums’ to TV personalities and business women.
